State Finals Date: Nov 12, 2008 7:34:03 AM PST Author: Chandy With the State Finals being in a relativly remote area of Maine, What do you do with your teams for those days? With the exception of overpriced Bed and Breakfasts in the area, there is little in the way of lodging. Are you forced to commute, or do you stay someplace in the area? I have used both The Maine House and the dorms at Sunday River. Im not overly impressed with the ski dorms. Lastly State Finals- Best and worst... you decide the details.   Reply to this Post

alternative lodging Date: Aug 20, 2009 6:20:22 AM PDT Author: PowMow We've for years used 2 websites VRBO and Cyberrentals to find "Vacation Rentals By Owner" in areas we're visiting. It works especially well for larger groups and monetarily when you're not seeking specific amenities (waterfront, ski in/out, golf course)   Reply to this Post
